The location is perfect, only a couple of blocks from the National Mall. The parking fees are high, though, so plan accordingly.

Location is perfect, just two blocks from the National Mall and museums. The staff were friendly. Didn't like the high parking fees, almost $50 per day. Breakfast options were also overpriced and limited. Rooms were clean but can use some updating.

Almost perfect.

I loved how easy it was to walk to so many attractions, with the National Mall and the Museum of the Bible just a few steps away, making it super convenient to visit all those amazing museums and monuments like the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial which are just around the corner, plus there are also plenty of great food options like food trucks nearby. The hotel itself was well-equipped and the staff was nice too, but I think they could improve their communication about using the key card for the elevator.

The location is fantastic, just a stroll away from the National Mall. The room is spacious and spotless, and the staff know how to be charming and attentive.
Breakfast should be included; spending extra feels like a sneaky trap.

Staying just two blocks from the Air and Space Museum was a highlight. The comfortable beds provided restful nights, and the helpful staff made our trip memorable. The on-site dining was convenient, and the buffet breakfast was a hit with the kids!

We explored iconic sites like the Air and Space Museum and enjoyed paddle boating on the Tidal Basin, offering a unique view of the city from the water. The spacious event venue was perfect for family gatherings and offered a variety of dining options, making our trip truly memorable.
My wife says that the hotel should consider adding a larger play area for children to enjoy, enhancing the family-friendly experience.

We were so close to everything! The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay seamless as we explored. The rooftop pool was a nice touch after a day out. Breakfast was decent, and the cook made my omelette just right.
It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, it felt acceptable.

Clean and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable—just a block from the Air and Space Museum. Museums, Metro stations, and bus routes all within walking distance. Spacious room and comfy beds. Parking is a huge plus. Great customer service at check-in, though the process could be improved with clearer instructions on required documents. noise was a significant issue. The train tracks behind the hotel were disruptive. Early morning sounds from the facility next door interrupted sleep. a leaking bathroom sink and issues with housekeeping left much to be desired. A solid choice for location, yet sound management and upkeep require attention.

Breakfast is a highlight—kids eat free, and it’s excellent! The location can’t be beat, just a short walk to the National Mall and the Metro. The on-site restaurant is convenient, with delicious options like burgers and quesadillas. Staff are friendly and accommodating, especially Jaye at check-in. the train noise is a real issue, starting early and often disruptive. While there were quirks like an odd bathroom layout and some maintenance needs, it’s still a solid choice if you’re on a budget.

It was nice to have a flat-screen TV in the room for entertainment, but unfortunately, some channels had laggy video and audio which was a bit disappointing. The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The free Wi-Fi was a great addition, allowing us to stay connected during our trip. The lack of sound insulation was noticeable, as we could hear noise from the neighboring room which affected our overall experience. the breakfast service seemed overwhelmed on busy days, causing long waits for a meal. I did appreciate the effort put into cleanlinss and maintaining the public areas of the hotel. I did notice some issues with the room, such as stains on the carpets and walls, which detracted from the overall quality of the stay.

The room was spacious and featured comfortable beds. The old, brown carpet and dated curtains gave it a less inviting atmosphere. Temperature control was a problem; the air conditioner was noisy and needed to be turned off for peace. There was an unpleasant sulfur smell in the bathroom from the drains that persisted throughout my stay. The Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator were nice touches. While the location was great, and staff were friendly, the overall room condition left something to be desired. USB ports were missing, and I found the hallways uncomfortably warm.

The location had me walking to all the famous sites in minutes! Family-friendly activities like the game area and afternoon popcorn made our stay even sweeter. Plus, the rooftop pool was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun!
Would definitely recommend! 😊❤️

The room felt outdated and dingy, with grimy carpet and old curtains. Plus, the constant train noise in the morning kept waking me up before dawn. I wish someone had mentioned that at check-in—really messed with my sleep!

I marveled at the gem collection, indulged in sports events, and savored the local delicacies. Conveniently close to museums and entertainment. Georgetown's charm was a delight.
Found a hair-raising surprise on my towels.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the National Mall and the Second World War memorial - epic spots for photos! Plus, we partied at the event venue which was lit – perfect for turning up with the squad!
Yo, if they had a happening rooftop bar or club with sick beats, we’d never leave! Make it a party paradise for us wild teens!

The location was pretty awesome - just a short stroll to the museums and National Mall, plus a rooftop pool with a view of the congress building! Also, the staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help.
Man, the train noise was no joke, starting in the uneven 50s - constant rumbling all night. Plus, the bathroom had no fan, making it all steamy, and the restaurant was a bit of a letdown, with limited beer choices and slow service.

The room and amenities were clean and spacious, and the proximity to key tourist attractions couldn't be beat. Having on-site parking was convenient, especially at a reasonable cost. The attached Starbucks was a hit with my partner, and the gym's equipment variety was a nice touch.
The lack of communication about additional fees for on-site parking was disappointing. Several advertised amenities were missing or not functioning properly, like the indoor pool and courtyard.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. Our room initially overlooked the railway, but the staff kindly moved us to a quieter room. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed the close proximity to the attractions. The beds were comfortable, and we found the hotel very clean. I'd recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the National Mall. The event venue impressed me with its diverse catering options, inviting restaurant with classic American fare, and a wide range of menu choices for all meals.
Rooms are a bit run down.

we loved holiday inn's close proximity to the Mall, museums, and attractions. the cleaning staff did a superb job in our room daily, and we appreciated the spacious and clean adjoining rooms for our family. the rooftop space was a great hangout spot, and the on-site restaurants made dining convenient. the staff were kind, polite, and extraordinarily pleasant to deal with. With easy access to the metro, this hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
No issues 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Air and Space Museum and the metro line. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price considering the surrounding hotels. The pool was a great bonus, and we loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the 24-hour reception.
The lack of housekeeping for three days. Our trash piled up, and it took multiple calls and trips to the front desk to get the items we needed.
